What we do
Organisational resilience is a term being used increasingly to encompass the scope of capabilities and competencies required to prepare organisations and assure their continued performance in the face of disruption.
The resilience landscape includes business continuity, crisis management and emergency planning and we offer services in all these areas.
We also deliver specialist services in crisis media and communications, ICT continuity management, energy & utility resilience and emergency planning for major sporting events.

Our USP - Preparing your people through training and exercising
Steelhenge has particular expertise in the preparation of people to perform effectively in implementing business continuity and crisis plans and in communicating both internally and externally with stakeholders during crisis. We design and deliver bespoke training and exercises for staff at all levels from the strategic through the tactical to the operational. Our business continuity training is accredited under the BCI’s endorsed learning scheme and our trainers all have operational experience to bring their training alive with real life examples.
We have deep experience in designing effective exercises of all complexities and scale to meet our clients’ needs from multi-site events through Board level exercises to straightforward plan ‘walk throughs’. Our skill in developing exercises has been commended as “second to none.
BS25999 experience
All our work is aligned with BS25999 and we ourselves are certified to BS25999-2. This not only underlines our reliability as a supplier but also means we know the standard inside and out, bringing the benefit of our practical experience in its implementation to our clients.
